Right, perhaps introduce myself first, name's Grakkur, member of the guild called 'Rage' and a new warrior amongst the 60 ranks.

I don't really think much of myself, I find I am a half-decent tank with an urge to remind people of things they already know etc.
I'm also stubborn and will for example wipe in an instance but keep on going until we either get an instance respawn (I really hate that.. No really) or if the time is 0300 in the morning :D.

I'm writing on this forum to give comment and credit to 3 members:

Comments:

I happened to be in the same group as one of your members "Deflix" I think his name was, good rogue but abit hasty and with little patience.
We entered Scholomance earlier today in hopes of getting some.. "Phat l3wt" or whatever you'd like to call it.. (Yep I'm grinding Valor pieces..)
Sadly enough it didn't work out so well and we had wiped several times in total and just gotten a ways after Kirtonos.

What I don't like about this is that everyone tried to keep a high spirit and see the better in things, learn from mistakes if you will.
Deflix however simply said "I'm leaving" and promptly left after our 3rd or 4th wipe.
Now I don't know what Honorbound is all about but I feel that as a player of the biggest horde raiding guild you should at least be able to give some tips and tell us newbie 60's how it's done instead of moaning most of the time.

I do in no way want you to consider kicking Deflix out of the guild, he is most surely a good rogue as he is a member of HB, but I want him to at least think about the actions he took.

Now for some credit:

Rastafa and Hawatta: Now these are really a pair you have to like..
One is the ever inpatient hunter that wants to see the other side of the molten lava (BRD) And the other is the constantly AoE spamming mage with a smile on her face.

I have only had good experiences with these two Honorbound members so far and I hope they have felt at least a wee bit safe with my tanking as we bested BRD and Stratholme. A huge praise goes to these two as I always feel that the result will be good no matter which instance we visit.

I hope you two feel at least a wee bit safe with my tanking.. I may have lousy gear but what I lack in equipment I make up for in keyboard whacking (sunder armor and revenge hotkeys need replacing..).

Keep up the good work and make sure to beat BWL in a near future/ Grakkur

hi grakkur!

Leaving midraid is strictly against our policys and is actually on one of the rules we have set (read the "rules" page :). If you join an instance it's to stay regardless i the group fails or not. Of course RL interventions can happen and what not but as a rule a honorbound member should never leave due to wiping. I dont know why deflix left the raid, and I'll let him answer that by himself. But as a guild this is something we frown upon.

Best regards,
Caesar.

You make me blush with your praise, Grak, thank you so much, you are very kind to take your time to post here. I think tanking depends as much on gear as on skill at the 60s level dungeons, but you'll get there because you use every opportunity to go to dungeons and learn more about the game. And what's more important, you never give up!!! Cheers
