RAID INFORMATION

1.- Where is this so called "signup site"?

2.- When does the raid start?
The time listed is (unless otherwise stated) the actual Raid starting time (first attack). you have to be ready at minimum 15 minutes prior to to the listed time. if you are not at the starting point, logged in and fully prepaired 15 minutes prior to the raid you will be considerd late and replaced. Showing up after pull time will result in DKP penalty If you know you will be 5 minutes late, add it as a note. It's entierly up to the officers to accept or reject any lateness

3.- What does "locked" mean?
That means the raid is locked from unsigning and signing to backup. you can still sign for the raid but nut unsign or sign directly to backup. this is to prevent people from taking a spot just to unsign in the last minute or unsigning after the raid has been if they could not go. If you get a last minute cancellation, post a note next to your name and/or contact the raid leader.

4.- Why do I have to use my toons name as username?
Because the signed page can be formatted by the officers so they just have to copy paste it into the game to invite people. You login name will get an automatic /invite in game if you are signed. Thus if you use any other login name the /invite will not be to you. Use your ingame name as login.

5.- How does backup signing work?
If you are a little unsure if you can come, will be very late or don't want to reserve a spot you can sign as backup. It means you will try to come but might be late etc. Switching between backup and regular resets your timestamp. This is to prevent someone to sign as backup and then signing to regular just to take someones spot at a last minute. Backups will be listed AFTER regular signups.


ACCOUNT PROBLEMS

6.- I dont understand this at all, I cannot login using my forum username!
The forum usernames and passwords are not used in the signup site. you have to create a new account to make it work. click "create new account" right next to the log in button.

7.-What information should I enter? I dont know any secret phrase!
The log-in name should be your ingame toons name, the password should be anything you can remember easily and the secret phrase can be found in the private parts of the forum under the topic "honorbound passwords"

8.- What!! why cannot I create account? it says "NON UNIQUE USERNAME!"
Someone has already created your account. if its not you, contact Caesar. you old account will be deleted, and the IP will be kept of the creater to see who created your account. (compared to the forum ip logs)

9.- I cannot create an account! it says "Wrong secret phrase.."
The secret phrase is case sensetive and has to be typed exactly as is. no capital letters etc

10.- I want to change my password, how do I do it?
You can't currently. This feature will be added. if you really want to change your password contact Caesar and he will do it manually for you.

11.- I have forgotten my password!
Tough luck! the passwords are encryped so noone can give it back to you. Your account has to be deleted or your password manually reset. contact an officer.

12. - After creating account I cannot login, it says "WRONG PASSWORD!"
You most likely typed in a wrong password when you ceated your account. ask any officer to remove your account and create a new one.


SIGN UP PROBLEMS

13.- I get a message "could not connect to database".. wtf?
The server has issues and forums/signupsite goes down at time. there is nothing I can do, just wait a few minutes and try again.

14.- I'm a ex-member/out of guild can I signup in the system if I want to?
No. The rules are exactly the same as for signing up using to forums unless you have made an agreement with an officer of Honorbound.

15.- I want to go to a raid with my alt, how do I do?
Create a new account for your alt and sign with him. do not sign with your main. Note that you must have an approval from an officer if you want to raid with your alt, and you will have to pass for any and all members who wish to participate unless there are certain circumstances (read more concering this in the rules section of the forum).

16.- Help!! I cannot unsign from a raid! WTF is wrong?
The raid is locked, read above what that means.

17.- Help!! I cannot sign to backup! WTF is wrong?
The raid is locked, read above what that means.

18. -I signed up first and now I'm last, I'm crazy mad, your site sucks!
You have had your timestamp for signup reset by an officer. read the note next to your name and it will say "Reset by: xxxx" contact the officer if you want an explanation.

19. -I signed and accidentily unsigned, and when I sign again I'm last. please help!
It's designed to work that way. explain to the raid leader and add a note to your name.
