onorbound was formed to make the impossible possible. With strength in numbers, skill and teamwork one can accomplish the most daunting tasks. We strive to fight the burning legion, the
dragonflights, the creepy slithids, elemental gods and many more.
To be a member of honorbound you must have honor. We are no knights in shining armour protecting women nor are we famous for giving mercy to our foes. No, we bath in the blood of those that cross our way. Our honor lies in keeping our word, staying to the bitter end and never back down. [Forum][Raids][Rules][DKP]
Hi to the new people!
We have been attuning some new ppl last weeks so we haven't done more than farm the bosses we already have killed, well we made some Progress on Reliquary of Souls and Archimonde too. Both of them should fall really soon, and we are closing in on getting the needed shadowresistance for Mother Sharaz too.
Anyways we did some new kills for the guild (hey might even be server firsts?).
10 people gathered up and killed Arch Druid Fandral Staghelm. As we encountered no serious Alliance resistance it was pretty much a snooze-fest for 3 minutes. Heading on to Storwind 5 more people joined and we went in for Bolvar. Now the Alliance was alerted and we got some really fun resistance, a good 15 minute fight and lot of alliance and he was dead. How the three healers in the raid managed (they did't even have a shadowpreist) for 15 minutes I don't know. Good job! Going on to Orgrimmar we had a bunch of alliance and was welcomed by some who tried to do a coordinated attack on us as we killed High Tinker Mekkatorque. We managed to stay on top of things and it was not too much of a problem. By now we had grown to 20 people in the raid (with still only 3 healers) mostly OOG people (who where not on TeamSpeak) so coordination started to fail and we got swarmed by guards continually. Magni sat pretty safe on his throne even if he got a punch or two.
Thanks to all who joined the raid (especially the OOG people), and thanks to the alliance who put up the fight. We had a blast hope you had fun too!
We continue to barge forward like Mr. Plow soaked in Duff. Two more bosses have been forced to eat pavement. Finally we've been able to make a few tries at Archimonde and it won't be long until we can face Illidan for a final standoff.
Inspired by the old classic movie "The Fly", Aldokar was trying out a new gnomish teleporter. Just as his body was to be reassembled in Area 52, a strange burning critter flew into the teleporter and merged with the powerful being whose molecules were still in motion.
This is a most dreaded combination indeed! One is nearly invulnerable and the other always rises from its ashes when it dies. What can we expect from this new demi-god?
We made an interesting discovery. We were not alone in the Black Temple! There are others like us in there too. When we arrived at the fiend people usually call Teron, we noticed lots of corpses and bones on the floor. Clearly other people must've been trying to beat him. Both skeletons and fresh bodies were scattered all over the room. Frightening as this may seem, we didn't let this get to us and forced him and his ghosts to yield.
Being Halloween and all, he had dressed up in is favourite angel costume with wings and all. Unfortunately Black Temple is quite dirty so his costume wasn't so white anymore. Guess someone has an expensive bill to await from the dry cleaners.
